Know what your health is telling you — before it becomes a problem.
Pristine brings your lab results, medical records, medications and wearable data into one profile, and tells you plainly what has changed.
- Your data stays yours
- Built with clinicians
- Aligned with Vision 2030
Your HbA1c has drifted up across your last three tests. It is still within range — worth raising at your next visit.

Your health data is scattered. Nobody is reading it.
-
You get results you cannot interpret. A number, a reference range, and no explanation of whether it matters.
-
Changes happen between visits. Most chronic conditions give years of warning, and most of that warning arrives when nobody is looking.
-
Your doctor sees fifteen minutes of a fifteen-year story — whatever you remembered to bring with you.
Most chronic disease gives you years of warning. You just can’t see it yet.
Three steps, and the third one is the point.
Connecting your data is the easy part. What matters is what you do with what it says.
-
Connect
Link your medical records, lab results and wearable — or simply photograph a lab report and Pristine reads it.
-
Understand
Pristine explains, in plain language, what changed since last time and whether it is worth acting on.
-
Act
You get a preventive plan with real dates on it: which screening, when it is due, and what to ask your doctor.
Your intelligent health companion.
Five things the app does. Each one answers a question you have probably already asked yourself.
One number that moves when your health does.
Pristine tracks your major health and wellness indicators together and shows you the direction of travel — not just today’s reading.
For example: your score dips two points after a month of short sleep and a rising resting heart rate, and tells you which of the two is driving it.
Illustrative interface. Sample data.
Ask about your own results, not the internet’s.
Ask a question in plain Arabic or English and get an answer grounded in your actual history — your tests, your medications, your timeline.
For example: “Why did my cholesterol change?” returns what moved, when it moved, and what your doctor would want to know about it.

Everything in one place, in the right order.
Lab results, reports, medications and history are organised into a single timeline you can actually hand to a doctor.
For example: a new physician sees three years of thyroid results in one view instead of asking you to remember them.
Illustrative interface. Sample data.
A plan with dates, not a list of good intentions.
Pristine works out which screenings and follow-ups apply to you, when they are due, and reminds you before they lapse.
For example: your lipid panel is scheduled for March, your eye check for June, and both appear before you forget them.
- Feb — doneAnnual blood panel · results in your records
- 28 MarchLipid panel · repeat, 4 months on
- MayDental check · yearly
- JuneEye examination · yearly

Your watch already knows. Now something reads it.
Sleep, heart rate, activity and other available indicators are pulled in continuously and read against your medical history — not in isolation.
For example: six weeks of shorter sleep alongside a climbing resting heart rate becomes one observation, not two unrelated charts.

Start with one question: how is my health actually doing?
Seven quick questions. No account, no card. At the end you get a plain-language read on what is worth paying attention to, and what to raise at your next appointment.
Free. No card. About two minutes. Would rather not answer questions? Just get early access instead.
Health data deserves a higher bar than most apps clear.
Your data is yours
We collect the health information you connect or enter, and nothing else. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with advertisers or insurers. You can export it, and you can delete your account and its data at any time.
Built with clinicians
The health logic and the language it uses are reviewed by practising clinicians before they reach you. Where Pristine is uncertain, it says so rather than guessing.
Encrypted, in-region
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with access limited to what is needed to run the service. Hosting region is confirmed before launch and stated here.
Not a diagnosis
Pristine does not diagnose, screen for, or predict disease. It organises what your data says and tells you what is worth asking about. That boundary is deliberate.
Pristine Health does not replace your physician. It gives you and your doctor better information before decisions are made.
Saudi Arabia’s Health Sector Transformation Program prioritises prevention, early detection and digital health. Pristine Health is built for that direction of travel — an Arabic-first preventive platform designed around regional healthcare requirements.
Alignment with a national programme. Not an endorsement, partnership or approval.
Employers and providers.
Employers
- Preventive health programmes your people actually use
- Aggregate, de-identified reporting — never individual health data
- Arabic and English from day one
Clinics and hospitals
- Population view with high-risk patient prioritisation
- AI-assisted patient summaries before the appointment
- Automated follow-up and preventive-care scheduling
The things people ask first.
No. Pristine Health is not a medical device and does not diagnose, screen for, or predict disease. It organises the health data you already have, explains what changed in plain language, and tells you what is worth raising with a clinician.
Every clinical decision stays with your doctor. If something in your data looks worth attention, Pristine says so and suggests you get it checked — it never tells you what you have.
You, and the people you explicitly choose to share with. Nobody else. Your health data is never sold, never shared with advertisers, and never handed to an employer or insurer — including when your employer pays for the service. Organizations only ever see aggregated, de-identified numbers.
Internal access is limited to what is required to operate and support the service, and is logged.
The Health Snapshot is free and does not need an account or a card. The core app — your records, your health score and your plan — is free to use.
A paid Premium tier adds deeper analysis and the full personalised preventive plan. Pricing is published before launch, and you will never be charged without choosing to subscribe.
Pristine reads standard lab reports, so you can add results from any laboratory by uploading or photographing the report, whether or not there is a direct integration.
Direct connections to wearables and to laboratory and provider systems are rolled out progressively. The current supported list is published here before launch — we would rather name what works than promise everything.
Yes. Arabic is a first-class language in Pristine, not a translation layer added later — the interface, the explanations and the assistant all work in Arabic, right-to-left, and you can switch at any time.
No. Pristine works entirely on your side — you can connect your data, understand it and follow a preventive plan without involving anyone.
It is designed to make the appointments you do have better: you arrive with an organised history and specific questions instead of a folder and a vague worry.
You can delete your account from inside the app. Your health data is erased from live systems, and from backups within the retention window stated in our privacy notice. Anything we are legally required to retain is listed there explicitly, with the period and the reason.
You can also export everything first, and you can withdraw consent without deleting your account.
